Product Application
The Intelligent DPF Regeneration Machine is a user-friendly, fully automated DPF cleaning device. It is suitable for buses, trucks, and heavy-duty vehicles that meet the following emission standards:
China IV / V / VI
Euro IV / V / VI
North American EPA Tier 4 / US 2010
The device effectively removes carbon deposits and particulate matter from their after-treatment DPF systems, restoring them to optimal condition.
Non-Destructive Cleaning:High-temperature precision cleaning disintegrates carbon deposits from inside the DPF without any disassembly, restoring DPF components to optimal condition.
Complete Regeneration:
Ensures that the DPF system is fully regenerated and operating efficiently.
Important Safety Instructions
This is a fuel-powered high-temperature device. Always have a trained operator present during use. Keep away from flammable or explosive materials, and maintain a safe distance from people to prevent burns.
Set appropriate temperatures based on DPF type and level of blockage. Incorrect settings may cause DPF carriers to crack or melt.
Wear protective gear when placing or removing components, and ensure they are handled smoothly and stably.
Check temperature readings before each startup to ensure they are within the normal range.
Outdoor use is recommended. If used indoors, proper ventilation must be installed.
Only operate the machine after fully understanding these precautions. The manufacturer is not responsible for any consequences resulting from improper use.
Special Notice During Regeneration
After starting the regeneration process, check the exhaust outlet for gas emission.
If back pressure is too high, set the regeneration temperature to around 200°C initially for preliminary clearing, until gas is visibly emitted from the exhaust.
Operating Environment
Ambient Temperature: 0°C – 50°C
Relative Humidity: 0% – 65%
Environment Requirements: Well-ventilated, vibration-free, dust-free, and free from flammable gases, oil mist, or dripping water.
Safety Distance: Keep all flammable and explosive materials at least 1 meter away from the device.
Placement Recommendation: Preferably in an outdoor workspace; if used indoors, ensure proper ventilation is installed.
Setup and Safety Instructions
After unpacking, move the device and install its casters for easy mobility.
Power Connection: Use a household 220V power source. Recommended cable: ≥ 2.5 mm².
Fuel Tank: The device has a built-in fuel tank. When the fuel level is below the lower limit, it will automatically alarm and display a warning message on the screen.
Check Safety Status: Ensure all meters indicate a safe power-on state. Set the switch knob to NO, and voltage meter should display around 220V.
Power On: Turn on the main power switch. The touchscreen will light up normally. Do not press the emergency stop button.
Temperature Check: Verify that the real-time temperature reading matches the current ambient temperature.
DPF Regeneration Process
Placement of DPF Components:
Place the DPF safely and securely on the movable workstation.
Seal sensor holes with screws and cover the urea inlet with high-temperature tape.
Connection:
Use the high-pressure thermal converter with the appropriate fixture to connect the DPF.
Ensure the fixture is safely and tightly locked.
Set Regeneration Parameters:
Input desired temperature and time for regeneration.
Start Regeneration:
Press the “Start Regeneration” button on the main interface or the start button below.
The process will automatically complete.
Cooling & Removal:
When the real-time temperature naturally drops below ~100°C, the machine will delay stop automatically.
